The Schafer Team has overseen over 2,000 acres of land development. From site searches to land acquisition, entitlements, and ultimately building development, Schafer can lead every facet of a new real estate venture. True Design-Build Services
The heartbeat of Schafer is leading the design and construction of customized buildings. In our True Design-Build approach, we assume 100% accountability for every facet of the project. By controlling all variables on our clients’ behalf, our team reduces costs and shortens schedules. Through this single-point of contact approach, we leverage our clients’ time and keep them focused on their core business.
Construction Management / Design-Assist
For some clients and partners, building design is a highly personal endeavor, and their organization has internal resources in place to manage design and engineering services. In this scenario, the Schafer Team modifies its True Design-Build approach to offer a highly collaborative Construction Management model. We assist in all design decisions throughout the design process. Our team will proactively bring cost savings and design alternatives to the table at every turn.

Founded in 2024 by Matt and Kerry Vetter, along with the rest of the Schafer Construction Team, the Build Better Foundation’s mission is to advocate, promote, and provide funding for construction career paths including but not limited to skilled trades or construction management.
