Being at Schafer or on a Schafer project requires that you constantly seek out problems to solve. Ignoring an opportunity to improve project performance is not an option. Team members are rewarded for bringing issues forward to resolve. Some can be solved by an individual; most require a Team. Healthy Teams that ‘Put the Project First’ can solve anything and will feel rewarded and fulfilled by doing so.
